ETS Pathfinder Program
The ETS Pathfinder Program brings veterans and civilians together through small-group hiking meetups and outdoor activities held every other Saturday. Designed to build camaraderie, wellness, and meaningful connections, the program creates a supportive environment where veterans can heal, network, and rediscover purpose through community and the outdoors.
Led by Kelley Saunders, U.S. Marine veteran and founder of ETS, alongside a dedicated board of veterans and advocates, the Pathfinder Program focuses on mentorship, peer support, leadership, and connecting participants with valuable community resources.
